**Products, pricing and availability**
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We try to keep product information and pricing accurate, but errors can occur; we reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices and availability at any time before your order is accepted.

**Orders**
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred). A contract is formed when we confirm your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we'll notify you and provide a full refund.

**Shipping and delivery**
Many of our items are dispatched from our suppliers and typically arrive within approximately 2–3 weeks. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.

**Your consumer rights**
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of resupply.

**Acceptable use**
You agree not to misuse our site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

**Intellectual property**
All content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Beekeeper's Warehouse and may not be copied or reused without permission.

**Governing law**
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory in which our business operates, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
