Refund policy
This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.
**Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law**
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for their purpose, and match their description. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy:
- **Major problem** (e.g. the item is unsafe, significantly different from its description, or won't do what it's meant to): you can choose a refund or a replacement.
- **Minor problem** that can be fixed: we may choose to repair, replace or refund.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, **we cover the cost of return postage**, and we'll refund or replace it once we've confirmed the issue.
**Faulty, damaged or incorrect items**
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact page with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
**Change-of-mind returns**
We're not required to provide a refund for change of mind, but we offer one as a courtesy: you may return unused items in their original, undamaged packaging within **30 days** of delivery. Change-of-mind return postage is at your expense, and we recommend a tracked service. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the product price (original shipping is non-refundable).
**Refunds**
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear after we've processed the refund.
