Shipping policy

We deliver quality beekeeping gear right across Australia.

**Processing**
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

**Delivery times**
Many of our products are dispatched from our suppliers and typically arrive within **approximately 2–3 weeks**. Larger items, such as hives, may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with location, carrier delays and peak periods.

**Shipping costs**
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any free-shipping offers will be shown at checkout.

**Tracking**
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

**Delays, lost or damaged parcels**
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us via our Contact page and we'll help sort it out. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

**Your consumer rights**
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
