30-day returns

Changed your mind? Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first to arrange it. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method once we've received the returned item. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.
